Finding your pass number:

Your pass number is the 18 digit number across the front of the pass. Please enter the full card number without spaces.

The email address you use must be your own. You must not use a shared email address. This is because the email address will be linked to this bus pass and will be used as your login name so you can manage your bus pass online in the future.





If you do not have an email address then you won't be able to replace a lost or damaged pass online, because an email address is required whenever a payment is made

The password should conform to the following rules:
  • It must be at least 8 characters in length
  • It must contain at least one alphabetic character
  • It must contain at least one numeric character
  • It must contain at least one 'special character'

There is a charge of £10 for replacing a lost pass. This is non-refundable, even if you later find your pass. You can pay online with a credit or debit card.

There is a charge of £10 for replacing a damaged pass. This is non-refundable. You can pay online with a credit or debit card.

There is a charge of £10 for a new pass containing a name change. This is non-refundable. You can pay online with a credit or debit card.

There is no charge for replacing a stolen pass provided you have a crime reference number. If you do not have a crime reference then you will need to choose 'Lost' as the reason for replacement.
